I have been looking for a new way to create, compile, and organize my conference notes for the upcoming school year! I think I have found my answer in an old friend....Evernote!!! I have uploaded a video walking you through it while checking out some awesome features. I am now super excited to get started!! Let me know what you think!

In this blog entry, I take you on a technological walk around my class website from last year. I will highlight my favorite features and hit on some things I haven't in previous posts such as adding music, linking text to website, and adding contact pages! Enjoy!
In this blog entry, I highlight the "hd video" feature. I talk about how to upload video and how I used this feature on my Weebly page next year!

Here is part 1 of a Weebly Series I am starting here on my blog for people who are interested in using Weebly as a website tool in their class. Today I highlight adding pages and subpages using Weebly!!
This past school year, I loved using Remind 101 as a means of parent communication. It is a website and app that allows you to text reminders and messages right to your parents cell phone. And NO, you do not have to exchange your personal phone number with them. It is such an awesome resource and I walk you through logging in, website/app features, and parent sign up!! They also have an iPhone app and iPad app to make messaging even more convenient. Please post any questions you have in the comments or email me directly. Happy Summer Planning!!
This is a screen recording of who I am and what I want to accomplish with my website. If high-pitched rambling with occasional typos is your things, you should totally watch!! DO IT!!
Traveling is such a big part of our family's life!! We have been "grounded" until our adoption finalizes. Dillon will be able to get a passport once he is officially ours. At that point, the world will be our oyster. For now, we have really enjoyed traveling the Hawaiian Islands. We live on Oahu, but really have enjoyed visiting Maui, Kauai, and The Big Island. We have a long weekend trip planned for Lanai in December and we are determined to get to Molokai next year as well. Enjoy a video highlighting our most recent trip to The Big Island of Hawaii!!
